I’ve been reading the coverage on Obama’s Racial speech.  I find it interesting and self-serving in the way his situation was presented.  He obviously knew about his pastors views…20 years and Obama named his book title after one of his sermons.  If he stood by the guy, then why is the pastor out of the country?  How good is Obama’s judgement if he didn’t see this coming?  In addition, Obama compared his pastor to his grandmother.  We can’t choose our grandmothers, but we can surely choose our pastors and what role they play in our lives.  I believe Obama has been trying to distance himself from the Black community.  Obama even missed a Tavis Smiley’s State of Black America summit to be literally in Springfield, IL.  Check out Cornel West’s video on how Obama’s lack of attendance and the mediocrity of the candidates.  Obama’s speech was designed to politically save his campaign.  Obama feels like he’s addressed the issue and can act smug for the rest of the election.  I feel Obama is fake and full of puffy visions that have no substance.  Somebody tell me what his speech addressed….did he address the central issue of how could he have such a racist as a spiritual advisor?  I don’t think so.  I wonder what kind of “change” Obama is looking for?  My vote is for Hillary….
